Carol Gouthro has over 30 years of experience as a studio artist, working, showing and teaching ceramics. She has shown her work throughout the Seattle region, most recently at the Forum at the Bellvue Arts Museum. She's been featured in Ceramics Monthly, sells some of her work through Eutectic Gallery, and has been interviewed on Tales of a Red Clay Rambler.
Carol teaches workshops nationally and internationally on handbuilding, mold-making and surface design. Locally she offers plaster moldmaking for ceramics and image transfer workshops. Carol is a ceramics instructor at the Kirkland Arts Center, and Seward Park Clay Studio where she teaches on an ongoing basis. Please visit their websites to see descriptions of her upcoming classes.
